I love that it has a hat.

How about a nice rumbly exhaust if it doesn't have one already?

her flowmasters make my eardrums and internal organs rumble nicely, and makes car alarms go off in parking garages. so good there for the most part...

Please don't. You know this is not a car built for rotary.

I'm working on my own car right now. So I'll say this. I love old Vette's. My Dad has a 72' that I've been trying to buy off him. I've also enjoyed a bottle of wine tonight. Soooo

i'm right there with ya, brother. sipping a glass of nice red blend as i type.

72's are sweet - the last of the chrome bumpers (73 only had rear chrome).

c'mon, he has to be planning on passing down the 'Vette to you. how could he not?

anywho, he's a pic of my beast's rear:

Kinja'd!!!

oh, and what's the car you're working on?

Oh I hope he gives it to me.

Right now I'm working on my Speed3. I know it's nothing like a Vette, but in Canada it does well in all seasons. BTW "Dat' ASS"

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

I just picked up an exhaust that will give me more burble. I know a turbo I4 is never going to match the old school V8's. Still though, I love what you've done with this old stingray.

hah, nice vid. i'll look out for the sequel, with improved soundtrack. I4 engines can sound pretty sweet, but too often people don't pick the right combo or simply have bad taste.

thanks for the compliment, i've been really enjoying it the last 4 years i've owned it with no plans to sell, even though i've been lusting many other toys (next one on the list has half the cylinders, albeit of the vintage variety).

I think you are definitely good there. Maybe a tire upgrade for MOAR GRIP?

Or just to replace the ones you've probably done burnouts through?

have plenty of grip, actually - but i'm working on that (i love sliding this beast).

actually, i've been considering putting the old set of tires that were on the car when i bought it. they're mismatched, worn and ugly - but I bet they'll be a lot of burnin' fun!

If you plan on having some burn out fun, definitely throw on the oldies! Why burn the nice ones?

nice! good to see another late-C3 in the Oppo crowd. looks good! what size wheels? 18"s? and, i like that you're running without a front plate - i don't have that luxury here in SoCal...

Yeap they are 18's... In FL, no front plate required :)
